New Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students – Applications for the 2025/26 academic year will open at 2pm on Wednesday, 16 April 2025. Priority is given to all new students who apply by 10 June 2025. Applications received after this date will be subject to availability.

Continuing Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students – A very limited number of rooms will be released to continuing students by ballot. Applications for the ballot will open for 1 week from 2pm on Wednesday, 16 April 2025 and will close at 2pm on Wednesday, 23 April 2025. More information on the ballot can be found in the Continuing Student Accommodation section. Please take time to read this carefully prior to submitting your application.

Please note that rooms are not allocated on a first come first served basis, therefore the date you apply within the ballot application window will not impact your chances.

Living on campus provides a fantastic opportunity to settle into university life and meet new friends in a safe and comfortable environment. Situated in landscaped parkland, our Student Village accommodates 800 students in a choice of standard or premium rooms, all of which are en-suite.

All our accommodation is just a stone's throw away from the University, so it couldn’t be more convenient. You’ll also find many great facilities on your doorstep including the Students’ Union, Gym and Sports Centre and the Learning Resource Centre. We have WiFi available across campus and 24/7 security keeping you safe.
