Virginia Elliot is a lecturer and Co-Programme Leader in the BEAM Division of Queen Margaret University.

Virginia built her professional HR career by working in a range of industries in both the private and public sectors. This allowed her to gain a wealth of HR experience and knowledge in a variety of organisational settings. Virginia is passionate about management and leadership development as well as teaching and learning. She enjoys helping people maximise and fulfil their potential and has established her own Executive Coaching business. She has designed and developed a range of personal development workshops for managers and leaders which she has very successfully delivered to a wide variety of organisations.
Before joining 草莓社区, Virginia taught on the CIPD and ILM accredited qualification courses.

Virginia is the Module Coordinator and Lecturer for the post-graduate module Strategic Human Resource Management and for the undergraduate modules Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.
